We used Phase2 Builders to install our IKEA kitchen as they were listed as one of the contractors on IKEA's installer list. We could not have been happier. Michael Miller was a true professional who even charmed our cranky elderly neighbor when she complaining about noise. They came in on budget and on time and were available 24/7 for questions or concerns. Even when we had questions months after the completion of our project, Michael Miller responded immediately and helped us out. We're moving to Walnut Creek and we only wish he could redo our kitchen out there also.

This was my 2nd project with Phase Two and included a complete condo remodel of kitchen, bath, and other interior finishes. As before, the work was impeccable. Michael is fantastic to work with and has a great sense of design and I relied on him when I wasn’t sure of what to do with certain aspects of the project.

Michael and Phase2 Builders have been nothing short of saviors for me over the past 5 years. I used him twice - once for a complete kitchen demolition/remodel and then to rescue a remodel gone wrong from another contractor. Both times he hit his time estimates, the previously established project budget, and did so with a smile. He's a calming force in an otherwise chaotic industry. Of note, he completed a bathroom remodel for a neighbor upon my recommendation, who then sold the property a few months later and set a record for price per square foot for the building - no doubt due to his beautiful work. We did a remodel of a one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco. It mostly consisted of installing a new IKEA kitchen and a new bathroom. They also painted the apartment and performed several needed repairs/improvements.

I hired Phase2 Builders to do a remodel of my kitchen. They were highly recommended by IKEA and for good reason. They took care of the entire stressful process from permits, gutting/demolition to installation and all of the finishes and lighting. My kitchen looked great. During the remodel, my wife and I decided to sell our house and Phase2 was able to help us with painting and aesthetic changes throughout my house as well as provide us with recommendations for other vendors which resulted in a great staged property. In particular, Chad Raines the project manager was very informative and quite helpful throughout our project which finished on schedule. I strongly recommend hiring Phase2 for kitchen remodels and other renovation projects.

Phase2 Builders were the prime contractor for my kitchen re-model. They were recommended by IKEA to manage the entire project, from demolition of the original kitchen, manage the SF city permits, to the construction and final build of the entire new kitchen. Very please with the level of consultation, professionalism, patience and the final product. As a new homeowner and first time re-modeler, I was very concerned with the complexity of the project and P2B exceeded all of my expectations. Great team to work with and Michael is a hands-on owner. I look forward to working with P2B again and highly recommend them.

Michael and his team transformed my kitchen into a wonderful showcase, with beautifully designed walnut cabinetry, exquisite Carrera marble. He even accommodated last minute changes for me without a change in the price of the project.

We gutted a 100 sq foot galley kitchen in a downtown SF condo. We ran into a major snag along the demo process and Phase2 came through in a big way. We installed IKEA cabinetry with a lot of customization which Phase2 pulled off professionally. They were great with ideas and flexible along the way. and we came in right on budget. The finished kitchen is amazing.
