 A wrought iron banister in a mid-century geometric design, and powder coated black, complements the only steps in the house. Though the house is actually on one level, the elevations of the property allowed for this detail.
 The corner of the master bedroom clearly shows the uplighting detail from the home’s original design, and features an original Jurgen Peters painting.

 A brand new full modern bathroom with a floating glass wall can be found just off the two bedrooms-side of the house. This bathroom was designed to be accessible to the backyard, so a glass door to the outside was put in and the entire room was tile
 The white subway tiles of a bathroom meant to be accessible to the backyard were playfully adorned with colored metal hooks that break up the color scheme. Colored towels also accomplish this.
 A guest bathroom’s original vanity was updated with fresh paint and new hardware.
 Visitors step out of the house onto a newly constructed red wood deck that runs the entire length of the main rooms and includes a private Northern Lights Cedar Tubs Japanese-style cedar soaking tub, surrounded by bamboo.
