A modern designed 9 foot island was built around original exposed support timbers in their natural color.
 Built in 1907 as a timber factory, the iconic Allied Box Factory eventually evolved into creative live work lofts.  This 2 bedroom, 3 bath loft was completely renovated, staying true to the origins of the building while creating a modern living spac
 Cabinetry in walnut by   Alexis Moran     and   a backsplash of   Fireclay   brick tile with floating shelves line the main wall of the kitchen.
 A side view of the kitchen shows the exposed support timbers, the concrete (  Flying Turtle Concrete Design  ) waterfall edge on the island and the original fire sprinkler system (which still works).
 Eighteen 32”x32” three-dimensional   modularArts   InterlockingRock Ultralight Sculptural Panels form a feature wall in the master bedroom.
